In Trial court hearing the CBI told that the Aarushi-Hemraj double-murder case that circumstantial evidences show that the teenager was killed by her parents, Rajesh and Nupur Talwar.
No one from the outside could have entered the flat and committed the murder.
Investigation Kaul appeared before Central Bureau of Investigation special Judge S Lal and said during the probe no signs were visible to suggest that an outsider entered the Talwars’ house, where the murders took place.
Expressing his suspicion over the Talwars’ involvement in the crime, Kaul said though there where three employees of the Talwars present inside the house on the night when the murder took place, the helps did not appear to have anything to do with the murders.
The CBI investigator, who appeared in court as the 39th witness out of the 141 witnesses cited by the probe agency, said there was no direct evidence against the Talwars due to which the agency had to submit a closure report before the court.
The Talwars, who were arrested by the probe agency, are now out on bail.
Kaul was part of the CBI team, that filed a closure report in the twin murder case in 2010.
Aarushi, 14, was found murdered at her parents’ Noida residence May 16, 2008. The body of the family’s domestic help Hemraj was found the next day on the terrace of the house.
