A Delhi court on Monday said it would hear tomorrow a criminal complaint seeking action against AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly exhorting voters to take bribes from BJP and Congress and vote for his party. The matter was scheduled to come up for hearing today, but deferred as Metropolitan Magistrate Richa Gusain Solanki was on leave.

The complaint, filed by advocate Arun Kumar, accused Mr. Kejriwal of deliberately abetting bribery.

Mr. Kumar has alleged that Mr. Kejriwal, despite himself being a former Delhi chief minister and knowing the fact that acceptance of bribe is punishable under law, instigated the voters to do such a thing.
