Final verdict in Salman’s Jodhpur Arms Act case on Feb 25

salman khanThe final arguments related to the Arms Act of Salman’s infamous blackbuck case were heard on Tuesday. With this, the only focus now is on the verdict that will be pronounced and if Salman will be punished or set free. His fate now completely in the hands of the judgement.

The CJM Gramin Court have set the date for final judgment and will pronounce the verdict on February 25. Chief Judicial Magistrate Anupama Bijlani heard arguments from both defence representatives and the prosecution representatives and related decision was announced on Monday.

The case relates to the 1998 incident in Kankani village in Rajasthan where two black bucks were hunted down where Salman Khan was booked along with Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu, Neelam and six others.

The licence of the weapon used for the alleged killing had lapsed and hence it was invalid and illegal. Due to this violation there was a separate case registered against Salman under the Arms Act.
