The Madras High Court Bench here today set aside a single judge’s order granting permission to DMK to stage a protest in front of the city Corporation office on the ground that it was a busy area.
A bench, comprising Justices R.Sudhakar and V.M.Velumani, passed the order while upholding the order of the Assistant Commissioner of Police rejecting permission for the demonstration in a busy area.
