One of the leading law universities has introduced two-year Master’s Degree in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management (MALATM) and a one-year PG Diploma in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management (PGDALATM).
Established by the Act 34 of 1998, Nalsar University of Law has been ranked as one of the best law universities in India. The University endeavors to encourage quality research in contemporary legal issues. One of the existing but neglected areas in the Indian legal territory is Aerospace and Defence Law. To fill this gap and to promote further studies and research in the Aerospace Law, the University has established the advanced Centre for Aerospace and Defence Laws (CADL) with the objective of promoting the development of Aviation and Space Laws and related policies.
