The jail authorities are not even giving the food on time,&#8221; said the application.<\/p>\n<p>The duo pleaded before the judge that the jail officials should be directed to give them better quality food or they should be allowed to eat home-made food.<\/p>\n<p>Tihar officials replied that they were following the jail manual while giving them food.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Give them food on time as per jail manual and also try to give proper food,&#8221; the court said.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the two withdrew their applications.<\/p>\n<p>Raja, his personal aide RK Chandolia, Behura and Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Balwa are in judicial custody in connection with the spectrum allocation scam.<\/p>\n<p>Raja, a DMK leader, resigned Nov 14 as communications minister.<\/p>\n<p>He was arrested by the CBI in the national capital Feb 2, along with Behura and Chandolia.
