Shah reserved the order for Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Setalvad, who represents NGO Citizens for Justice and Peace, is shown in records as an absconding accused.<\/p>\n<p>She filed the plea after she was summoned by Godhra police in connection with recording of her statement on the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The government claimed before the court that she was not cooperating with the investigators.<\/p>\n<p>Kamini Jaiswal, counsel for Setalvad, contended that the state government, with malafide intentions, has been harassing the petitioner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gujarat High Court Wednesday reserved its order till Friday on a petition filed by social activist Teesta Setalvad seeking to quash a criminal complaint against her.
