JUH has also demanded the striking down Bhatt\u2019s entire deposition from record. They also added that his entire deposition at Commission has been done without administering him the customary oath.<\/p>\n<p>Presently, Bhatt\u2019s deposition is going on before the Commission and he has already been questioned by Jan Sangharsh Manch (JSM), Congress party and Central Relief Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Bhatt\u2019s questioning by the state government is also underway at the Commission.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, the HC has already reserved its order on a petition moved by JSM, where the latter had demanded permission to cross-examine former Minister of State (Home), Gordhan Zadafia.
