He sent his resignation to the prime minister&#8217;s office Saturday.In the last four days, Subramanium stayed away from the apex court saying that he would take his next step only after hearing from the prime minister on his resignation.<\/p>\n<p>As a consequence, a Supreme Court hearing by the special bench headed by Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia on infrastructure of subordinate courts was adjourned Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Soon after quitting, Subramanium was asked by the PMO and also former union law minister M.
