The CCA asked Yahoo India to furnish the details.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&#8220;However, Yahoo India failed to provide the information for which it was fined by the CCA under Section 28 of the Information Technology (IT) Act. The authority also issued warning to Yahoo India,&#8221; said CCA.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Appearing for Yahoo India, former solicitor general Gopal Subramanium said the firm had complied with the provision of Section 69 of the IT Act and had provided the information.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&#8220;CCA is not authorized to impose fine or penalty,&#8221;
