He said that the media report was incorrect.<\/p>\n<p>When Justice Singhvi drew the attention of Rawal to media reports that CBI would not oppose the bail plea by certain people, the ASG said that &#8220;my instructions are to oppose the bail plea&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The apex court was told this in the course of the hearing of bail pleas by the head of the telecom arm of Unitech Sanjay Chandra and promoter of DB Realty Vinod Goenka, who are in judicial custody for the alleged involvement in 2G scam.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday told the Supreme Court that it would oppose the bail plea of Kanimozhi, DMK leader M Karunanidhi&#8217;s daughter and Rajya Sabha member, and all the accused currently in judicial custody for their alleged involvement in 2G scam.
