Sikri and Justice Siddharth Mridul sought the reply from the Delhi government\u2019s labour department after taking suo moto notice of the media report.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2018The government should make their stand clear by Nov 3,\u2019 said the court.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The report pointed out that children below 14 could be found working as tea vendors, aides to notary public and food vendors in and around Tis Hazari, Patiala House, Rohini, Dwarka, Karkardooma and the Saket court complexes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The report alleged that young children had been employed in violation of the high court\u2019s previous order, imposing a complete ban on child labour in the capital<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Delhi High Court Wednesday issued notice to the Delhi government, seeking its response to a report that children below 14 years were employed in various trial court complexes. \u00a0The division bench of acting Chief Justice A.K.
