Nijjar admitted the appeal after senior counsel M.N. Krishnamani said that before and even after filing his nomination papers, Gandhi delivered speeches against the Muslim and Sikh communities.<\/p>\n<p>Krishnamani also assailed a Allahabad High Court verdict rejecting a petition by one V.M.
