Dattu issued the notice after senior counsel Abhishek Manu Singhvi pointed out that the matter was pending in the Delhi High Court since 2009 and Mr Shekhar took two-and-a-half years to respond to the notice by the court.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court was appraised that the transfer petition was pending before it when it inquired how could a plea on the same issue be before the High Court and the Supreme Court as well.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner, H.C.
