Dey murder case, a lawyer said.<\/p>\n<p>Dey, Mid-day newspaper&#8217;s editor (special investigations), was gunned down June 11, 2011 near his residence in Powai, central Mumbai, by motorcycle-borne assailants.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) Special Judge S.M. Modak extended her judicial custody,&#8221; Vora&#8217;s lawyer Jayesh Vithlani told.<\/p>\n<p>Vora, who earlier worked under Dey at Mid-day and was now with the Asian Age daily here, was arrested Nov 25, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, Vora allegedly provided Deys mobile number and his exact location to absconding mafia don Chhota Rajan.<\/p>\n<p>The judicial custody of the other 10 accused was extended till Feb 14, said Special Public Prosecutor Raja Thakre.<\/p>\n<p>The court earlier rejected the bail plea of two accused Anil Waghmode and Deepak Sisodia.
