Chidambaram in the 2G case as &#8220;wrong&#8221;, Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy Sunday said he would soon prove the decision wrong in the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>He also claimed Pakistan&#8217;s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) had dossiers on black money stashed away by Indian ministers in foreign banks.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Prima facie, I established a case against Chidambaram and even the court agreed. I wanted the court to summon him to establish his criminality and cross-examine him as to why he agreed to the 2001 pricing (for airwaves) and share dilution of companies,&#8221; Swamy said while speaking at the second anniversary lecture of Moneylife Foundation, a not for profit organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Swamy said that he will soon move the Supreme Court against Chidambaram.<\/p>\n<p>He questioned as to why Chidambaram&#8217;s role was not being probed in the case. &#8220;If A. Raja is criminally liable, why can&#8217;t Chidambaram&#8217;s role be probed,&#8221; he asked.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Conviction proceedings cannot be brought at trial stage. The judge acted on a wrong basis,&#8221; he alleged.<\/p>\n<p>Swamy also slammed several ministers including Communications Minister Kapil Sibal, as also Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi.<\/p>\n<p>Taking a dig at the prime minister, Swamy said that Manmohan Singh was weak. He also compared Gandhi to a ringmaster with a whiplash and Manmohan Singh to a lion.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In Hindi, Singh means a lion,&#8221; he said, in a lighter vein.<\/p>\n<p>He said that Pakistan&#8217;s ISI had dossiers on black money stashed away by Indian ministers abroad. &#8220;The ISI knows which minister has how much money in which account in a foreign bank,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terming a Delhi court&#8217;s dismissal of his petition against Home Minister P.
