It is very clear,&#8221; the bench said and objected to the appeal filed on the issue and asked the company to &#8220;avail&#8221; proper remedy available to it.<\/p>\n<p>Salve then submitted that he would file an interim application and sought adjournment.<\/p>\n<p>The court then listed the matter for hearing on February 17.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, CBI, which had also filed an application for clarification on the issue, withrdew its plea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Essar and Loop group, charge sheeted along with its promotors, today today moved the Supreme Court challenging the criminal proceeding against it before the special CBI court in the 2G case.
