Balakrishnan.<\/p>\n<p>The apex court bench headed by Chief Justice S.S. Kapadia asked Attorney General G. Vahanvati to inform the court whether any action has been taken by the government on the representation made by the NGO or what it proposed to do about it.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner NGO has alleged that when Justice K.G.
