And the commission can play a very important role in addressing the problem,&#8221; said Tirath while releasing a handbook, &#8220;Guidelines for Eliminating Corporal Punishment in School&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Tirath said the guidelines would sensitise people on the issue.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is a comprehensive document which I am sure will highlight the problem of corporal punishment in schools.
