Srivastava allegedly involved in a graft case.<\/p>\n<p>Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Special Judge Talwant Singh denied bail to the excise commissioner accepting the prosecution&#8217;s submission that he could tamper with the evidence if released on bail.<\/p>\n<p>Srivastava had requested the court to release him on bail since he was undergoing treatment in jail hospital, after angioplasty.<\/p>\n<p>According to the CBI, a central excise team led by Central Excise Superintendent Lallan Ojha raided a warehouse of Dilip Aggarwal and Anand Aggarwal but then negotiated a deal for illegal gratification.<\/p>\n<p>The court earlier cleared the way for trial of Ojha, the two businessmen and a middleman.
