He was found guilty of rash driving\u00a0after he injured the two pedestrians. He took the victims,\u00a0both of whom worked in a shop, to the Bhabha Hospital.\u00a0He appealed in 2010 against his conviction and has\u00a0since then attended all hearings in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, in October 2010, the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court had sentenced the actor to 15 days\u00a0imprisonment on charges of rash and negligent driving. The\u00a0court had ordered a simple imprisonment considering that\u00a0he made the effort to take the two injured youngsters to\u00a0hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The actor, who has been arrested, will have to remain\u00a0in police custody till he is granted bail.
