The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has sought details from the union and the state governments of the medical reimbursement facilities provided to cabinet ministers and IAS officials.<\/p>\n
The directive came from the bench of Justice Uma Nath Singh and Justice V.K. Dixit Wednesday on a petition by the Association of Retired Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts filed by retired high court judge A.K. Srivastava.<\/p>\n
The petition said that retired judges and their family members should be provided medical facilities on the lines of that for cabinet ministers and top bureaucrats.<\/p>\n
