Congress Spokesperson, Senior Supreme Court Lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi and his former driver Mukesh Lal- accused of filming the Sex Scene in Supreme Court Chambers of Abhishek Manu Singhvi with another leading female lawyer, on Thursday both parties submitted before the Court that the matter has been settled between them. Mukesh Lal also recorded his statement in the court that he had morphed the sex scenes out of revenge against Abhishek Manu Singhvi.<\/p>\n
Mukesh Lal stated that Abhishek Manu Singhvi\u2019s dog had bitten his wife who was pregnant at that time and he later had a child with abnormality. He assumed this incident to be the reason for his child\u2019s condition and so he planned to take revenge on Abhishek Manu Singhvi. He brought few adult CDs from the market to make the Sex CD of Dr. Singhvi.<\/p>\n
Justice Reva Khetrapal had on April 13 passed an ex-parte order restraining the media groups \u2013 Aaj Tak, Headlines Today and India Today as well as the driver from publishing, telecasting and broadcasting the contents of the CD. However the contents of the Sex CD found its way into the Social networking groups like Facebook and the scandal had already become public.<\/p>\n
Justice Khetrapal yesterday passed a consent decree in the civil suit filed by Abhishek Manu Singhvi and his former colleague, Abhimanyu Bhandari, against the driver and the media house after the court was informed about the settlement between them. Singhvi’s counsel also told the court that in the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties he would withdraw the police complaint against Lal.<\/p>\n
