One Rohit Shekhar has taken Tiwari to court, claiming the octogenarian is his biological father.<\/p>\n
Tiwari, who has been extremely reluctant to give his blood sample, got some reprieve earlier from a single judge bench which ruled he could not be forced to give his blood sample in the case.<\/p>\n
