Instead, he reiterated the derogatory words against Dikshit, the counsel said.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Minister Dikshit Wednesday recorded her statement against Gupta and requested the court to summon him.<\/p>\n<p>Dikshit filed the case against Gupta for allegedly using &#8220;uncivilised&#8221; language in hoardings put up prior to last month&#8217;s civic polls.<\/p>\n<p>The chief minister told the court that she had sent legal notices to Gupta after the civic polls, but the BJP leader did not apologise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Delhi court Thursday reserved its order on Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit&#8217;s plea seeking issuance of summons against Bharatiya Janata Party leader Vijender Gupta in a defamation case.
