The case was registered under different provisions of the<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong> Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act, Indian Telegraph Act and Official Secrets Act.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The call data records of the complainant Chandrabala Vasireddy were published in the vernacular daily <em>Sakshi <\/em>on Thursday last alleging that she was in touch with a media organisation head and a CBI officer probing the cases against the newspaper owner and Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, who is currently in judicial custody.<\/p>\n<p>Following a complaint from Ms. Vasireddy, the Cyber Crime station of Cyberabad Commissionerate registered a case against <em>Sakshi<\/em> reporter K. Yadagiri Reddy and Inspector M.
