{"id":21739,"date":"2012-07-13T18:04:31","date_gmt":"2012-07-13T12:34:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.in\/news\/?p=21739"},"modified":"2012-07-13T18:04:31","modified_gmt":"2012-07-13T12:34:31","slug":"shehla-murder-case-order-reserved-till-21st","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/news\/shehla-murder-case-order-reserved-till-21st","title":{"rendered":"Shehla murder case: Order reserved till 21st"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>special CBI court<\/strong><\/span> here today reserved its judgement on the review petitions seeking transfer of trial of <span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Shehla \u00a0murder case<\/strong><\/span> to Bhopal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0All the five accused, including the main accused <span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Zahida Pervez<\/strong><\/span>, have sought trial at Bhopal, on the ground that offence had taken place there.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Special Judge Anupam Srivastav<\/strong> <\/span>heard arguments of both the sides and reserved the order till July 21.
