{"id":21939,"date":"2012-07-21T12:38:43","date_gmt":"2012-07-21T07:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.in\/news\/?p=21939"},"modified":"2012-07-21T12:40:12","modified_gmt":"2012-07-21T07:10:12","slug":"rajasthan-right-to-hearing-from-aug-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/news\/rajasthan-right-to-hearing-from-aug-1","title":{"rendered":"Rajasthan: Right to Hearing from Aug 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Rajasthan government<\/strong><\/span> is set to implement <span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Right to Hearing Act<\/strong><\/span>, which provides right of hearing to people on any grievance or complaint related to governance within stipulated time limits, from <span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>August 1<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Functions would be organised at all the district headquarters where ministers in charge of districts will announce the launch. <span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Right to Hearing Bill-2012<\/strong> <\/span>was passed in the Legislative Assembly during budget session this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The government has issued directives to all the district collectors and other officers to ensure effective implementation of the Right to Hearing act.
