text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Goa government<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0on Monday\u00a0introduced a bill which seeks to <span style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>disallow the locals from entering the casinos<\/strong><\/span>, allowing only tourists above 21 years of age.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00a0Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar<\/strong><\/span> tabled <span style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Goa Gambling (Amendment) Bill, 2012<\/strong><\/span> in the Assembly, which also prescribes six years&#8217; imprisonment or fine of Rs 10 lakh for the casino owner, if a local is found at the establishment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Only exception to the ban would be those Goans who are working at casinos.<\/p>\n<p>Goa has six off-shore (ship-based) and 16 on-shore casinos.<\/p>\n<p>The bill also creates an authority called <span style=\"color: #800000;
