text-decoration: underline;\">&#8220;If Maru or the police officials are not present, then hearing will take place ex-parte,&#8221;<\/span><\/strong> said the notice signed by Commission&#8217;s under secretary S S Supe sent yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Maru will have to explain how offences could be made out against Khan before the Commission proceeds further.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\">&#8220;Shahrukh Khan, an enormous celebrity, who the people of India, particularly children, emulate and follow, has harmed the future of our nation by corrupting minds of children by uttering filthy and dirty abuses in public,&#8221;<\/span><\/strong> Maru has said in his complaint.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Maru said children were trying to emulate the actor and uttering the same abuses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0He listed seven alleged offences committed by Shahrukh Khan, including hurling abuses in public before children under his own care, misbehaving in a drunken state at a public place, indecent behaviour, threatening to bury a living person, imputing unchastity to a woman and unlawful assembly.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0On May 16, an allegedly drunk Khan was involved in a brawl with security personnel and Maharashtra Cricket Association officials at the Wankhede Stadium after his team Kolkata Knight Rider&#8217;s victory over Mumbai Indians.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The <span style=\"color: #800000;
