A court in Bihar\u2019s Nawada district today sentenced a man to 10 years\u2019 rigorous imprisonment in the death case of his wife two years ago.<\/p>\n
The fast track court \u2013 II judge Vikram Singh passed the order sentencing the accused Manoranjan Kumar to 10 years\u2019 RI after convicting him for the death of his wife Supriya Devi.<\/p>\n
According to prosecution, Kumar had strangulated his wife to death at their house in Shivnagar locality under Town police station area on October 20, 2010, after her parents had failed to meet his dowry demand of Rs. one lakh and a motorcycle.<\/p>\n
