The Himachal Pradesh High Court has cancelled the bail of an Israeli national who was booked by the state police on the charge of possessing narcotics in Kullu valley.<\/p>\n
Setting aside the bail granted to Moshe Molinas by the special judge of the fast track court in Kullu on May 30, Justice Kuldip Singh directed the police to take him into custody.<\/p>\n
“The impugned order is wrong, illegal and suffers from material irregularity. The bail has been granted without waiting for the SFSL (state forensic science laboratory) report,” Justice Singh said.<\/p>\n
