The Supreme Court on Monday granted bail to Nupur Talwarin connection with the May 2008 Aarushi -Hemraj double murder case.<\/p>\n
The apex court ordered the Ghaziabad trial court to release Nupur Talwar on bail on September 25.<\/p>\n
It asked the CBI to complete examination of all prosecution witnesses by then.<\/p>\n
Nupur, a co-accused in the sensational double murders, along with her dentist husband Rajesh Talwar, is currently lodged in Ghaziabad’s Dasna Jail since April 30.<\/p>\n
The CBI, during the last hearing, had argued that she could influence witnesses, if granted bail.<\/p>\n
A CBI trial court in Ghaziabad has charged the Talwars under sections 302\/34 (murder with common intention) and 201 (destruction of evidence with common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).<\/p>\n
