It was deferred for Nov 17 as the judge was on leave\u00a0Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Gadkari had filed a defamation\u00a0complaint on Oct 1 against the Congress leader for dragging his name into alleged irregularities in the allocation of coal blocks.
