More than 1,300 delegates from 86 countries are expected to take part in the deliberations.<\/p>\n
Chauhan said the world congress would discuss the rights of the disabled, human rights, rehabilitation schemes, the security of the disabled, migration and other related issues.<\/p>\n
Union Minister for Social Justice Kumari Selja will be the chief guest.<\/p>\n
World Health Organisation’s goodwill ambassador and chairman of Japan’s Nippo Foundation Yohei Sasakawa will be the chief speaker at the congress.<\/p>\n
