So far only Delhi, Maharashtra, Sikkim and Goa have constituted the State Commissions. <\/p>\n<p>No time limit is prescribed in the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act for setting up of State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, However, States\/UTs are being reminded to set up these Commissions at the earliest. <\/p>\n<p>This information was given by the Minister of State in the Ministry of Women &amp; Child Development, Smt.
