It will deal with only cases pertaining to the exploitation of women and children.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Chandy aslo mentioned,\u00a0&#8220;With the high court also taking up the issue, things will be now be speeded up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The demand for a special court for such cases gained momentum after Dec 16, 2012 Delhi gang-rape in which a 23-year-old woman was brutally assaulted in a moving bus.
