The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act court\u00a0issued “process” and the accused are likely to appear before the court on March 25.<\/p>\n
“There is a prima-facie case against accused persons,” observed the special judge IM Bohari.<\/p>\n
The police had raided a party at Oakwood May hotel in suburban Juhu in May last year and rounded up 86 people for alleged consumption of drugs.<\/p>\n
