Registrar General MK Bhattacharjee conducted the proceedings and read out the warrant of appointment to Justice Bhuyan.<\/p>\n
Among the dignitaries present in the ceremony were senior advocates and registry members.<\/p>\n
Born on August 2, 1964 in Guwahati, Justice Bhuyan had obtained his LL.B. degree from the Government Law College, Guwahati and the LL.M. degree from the Gauhati University, Guwahati.<\/p>\n
