After deposing before a special CBI court as a prosecution witness, retired SSP of CBI Vijay Kumar said Krishna had changed his statements several times.<\/p>\n
Kumar, who was also CBI’s first investigating officer of the case, told the court that Krishna’s tests including lie detector, polygraph, narco and brain mapping had indicated his involvement in the murders. The retired officer said 14 things had been seized from the crime scene on June 1, 2008 which included the portion of the terrace’s wall that had blood-stained hand prints on it. “The case in connection with Aarushi-Hemraj’s murder was registered with CBI on May 31, 2008 and we seized 14 things during our visit to Talwars’ residence on June 1,” according to Kumar.<\/p>\n
The portion of the wall with blood stained hand-prints was also produced in court. The next hearing in the case is tomorrow. Both Rajesh and Nupur were present in the court today. 14-year-old Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj were found murdered in their Noida residence in 2008.
