an official of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) said.<\/p>\n<p>In Uttar Pradesh&#8217;s Bijnor district, a 16-year-old rape victim was allegedly beaten up by a woman constable at the behest of a sub-inspector when she and her parents went to lodge a complaint against two youths April 12.<\/p>\n<p>In the other incident in Bulandshahr district, a 10-year-old Dalit girl who said she was raped, was locked up in a police station for 20 hours when she went to lodge a complaint.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The NHRC has given four weeks&#8217;
