Rejecting the prosecution’s claim of last seen theory, Delhi High Court has acquitted a man who was sentenced to life imprisonment by a lower court for ‘killing’ a mentally unstable woman in a park in July 2007.<\/p>\n
The court also directed a senior police officer to examine the case files and the allegations against Roshan Lal in the chargesheet besides the statements of the witnesses recorded by the IO in the case.<\/p>\n
