centre on flood relief"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Tuesday sought reports from Uttarakhand and the central government over the measures being taken for the evacuation and rehabilitation of flood-affected victims in the hill state.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have asked Uttarakhand&#8217;s chief secretary to submit a report on the progress of steps taken by the state to provide relief to people who are stranded in Uttarakhand floods,&#8221;
