Lodha sought the government&#8217;s response in respect of the court-monitored corruption cases as it (government) strongly resisted the dilution of its power under Section 6a of Delhi Special Police Establishment Act that mandates sanction of the government to investigate officers facing corruption charges.<\/p>\n<p>The court&#8217;s poser came as Attorney General G.E.
