Before someone teaches him how to chop a head.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The commission today (Tuesday) sent a notice to Delhi Police for portraying street children in a derogatory manner,&#8221; said a members of the commission under the Delhi government.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is atrocious. We would want them to go to school rather than work. They been asked to reply in two weeks&#8217; time. We have also sent a letter to the lieutenant governor of Delhi to look into the matter,&#8221; said another member, requesting anonymity.<\/p>\n<p>The commission also asked Delhi Police to not publish the advertisement.<\/p>\n<p>Delhi Police spokesperson Rajan Bhagat said: &#8220;We have not received the copy of the notice.
