The guilty were warned, punished and transferred to different departments. However, some of the officials had to pay a penalty,&#8221; a reply to a petition filed under the Right To Information (RTI) said.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u00a0<\/span>As per the RTI list, around six people were found guilty in 2010, 17 in 2011 and nine in 2012.
