The applicants, in a deliberate manner, and in conspiracy with other accused, violated the right of privacy of various persons thereby impinging upon their fundamental right of life and liberty as enshrined under Article 21 (protection of life and personal liberty) of the constitution of India,&#8221; the court said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, police had filed a charge sheet against a constable and three private detectives in the same case.
