Petitioner Sudhir Kumar has objected to Thackeray&#8217;s attempts to seek quashing of hate-speech cases against him, saying his pleas were &#8220;not maintainable&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Advocate Anup Kumar Sinha, appearing for petitioner, told the court that the Jharkhand High Court had in May 2008 dismissed Thackeray&#8217;s plea.
