If there is any truth in it, the present case is a glaring example of such lust,&#8221; the bench said.<\/p>\n<p>The child not only became a victim of lust of the convict but also lost his precious life, the court said, refusing leniency to Ilyasuddin convicted under sections 377 (sodomy) and 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The sentence is modified only to the extent that the appellant (Ilyasuddin) will undergo life imprisonment which means till the end of his life,&#8221; the order said.<\/p>\n<p>As per the prosecution, the case relates to March 12, 2008 when the child went missing and was found in a public bathroom in an unconscious state. Ilyasuddin was also lying there unconscious under the influence of liquor.<\/p>\n<p>The child, having injury marks on his head and body, was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.
