Parliament has passed the Whistle Blowers Protection Bill and the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Bill.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Earlier, Bhardwaj said that it was shameful that parliament was not passing key human rights bills pending for several years. She said that all the bills pending in parliament had wide political consensus and they could have been easily passed if parliamentarians had the political will.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Rajya Sabha Friday passed the Whistle Blowers Bill. This is the only one of the six anti-graft bills that could be passed in this session.
